PMRS Management strongly believes in football and the values it transmits. Starting from the young players, we create a path of both football and human growth, following, supporting and trying to facilitate the boy to arrive in professional football.
We strongly believe in the human relationship that we establish between us and the client. We actively intervene in all fields, from actual scouting to continuous contact with the boys to prepare them for the big jump in the first team, we operate in all the youth championships; the agency develops a strong network of scouts and observers in search of the best talents on a national and European level. Thanks to our experience of over fifteen years in the Bulgarian, Italian, European and world football scene, we provide the best sports advice to footballers in the field of transfers, negotiations, contracts, membership and sponsorships. Reliability and professionalism are the main principles of our company, with ample room for improvement dictated by the continuous desire to improve and a great passion for the work we do. Joining PMRS Management means being part of a family, where we establish a close relationship with our clients, based on esteem and trust, the main prerequisites for a successful collaboration.
